Abstract acrylic paintings on canvas. Highly textured, bold expressions full of depth and movement. Unique. Unusual. Kinda badass.
"My painting is borne purely out of emotion; I never know how a piece will turn out when I begin. For better or worse, each one is a direct expression of how I am feeling in the moment.
I rarely use brushes. Instead I prefer to pour paint directly or use my bare hands, fingers, forearms, etc to apply layers of color and create textures on the canvas.
I like to create a sense of movement and depth in my work, encouraging the viewer to look more deeply into the painting and hopefully discover something new each time. Ideally, the more you look, the more you see."
